하눌주택

태양의 후예 촬영지 근처 한적한 곳에 위치한 조약돌을 닮았다고 하여 페블(pebble) 하우스다. 새하얀 매스감에 능선과 유사한 지붕의 라인을 살려 정다운 동네의 보석으로 만들고자 하였다. 마치 시냇물의 조약돌과 같이 빛이 나는 게 디자인 콘셉트다. 외장재는 스타코플렉스로 마감하고 지붕재를 징크로 마감하여 군더더기 없는 세련미를 갖추었다.

3대가 함께 모여 사는 단독주택으로 1층에는 부모님께서 거주하고 2층에는 자녀 부부와 손자가 한 지붕 아래 지낸다. 각 세대의 프라이버시를 위해 현관 출입구를 분리하였다. 각 세대에서 외부로 나가는 테라스를 계획하여 아웃도어 활동도 가능하며 삶의 질을 높이고자 하였고 동시에 2층 테라스 아래는 주차장으로 차량 유지관리에도 도움이 된다.

한 지붕 2가족이 어우러진 주택은 우리들에게 삶의 가치와 방향, 행복의 의미를 다시 한번 생각해 보게 할 것이다. 아름다운 추억을 담을 수 있는 집이 되길 바란다.
